How it is dispatched?

The products from our catalog are sent DHL. 
With bigger volumes and amounts we instruct a forwarding agency.

Delivery time:

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt by us. If the items in stock, the delivery of your order is currently taking 2-4 working days within Germany and Europe. The average delivery in Europe takes 3 working days from receipt of the order or receipt of payment in advance.
For deliveries in countries beyond the European Union additional costs can originate from taxes and duties(customs) which we are not able to take over for you . We ask, in this occasion, for your understanding.

Important please note:

Despite all care goods could be damaged during transport. Should this happen we will refund you the damaged items free of charge.

Please however follow this procedure: Transport damages are to be claimed immediately upon receipt of the goods by parcel service. Inform Barefoot about the transport damage immediately. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or phone. Shipping costs, delivery charges, taxes and duties can not be refunded.
